By selecting the Online Fulfillment option you will obtain your policy information electronically. Once your application and credit card have been approved, your policy information will be available for download as a PDF file.

Additionally, a duplicate copy will be sent to the e-mail address you indicate on your insurance application. After approval you will be able to retrieve your documents at any time through Client Zone.

If you prefer to receive your insurance documents by postal mail, please select “No” for the Online Fulfillment option.

Filing a claim is easy. When there is a claim, you can either:

• Access Client Zone by logging in at https://zone.mnui.com/clientzone/ with your policy number and Date of Birth (or password) to download the necessary forms; or
• Contact MNU Client Relations by e-mail via insurance@mnui.com or by phoning 800-605-2282 or 317-262-2132 (collect calls accepted).
